It’s high summer and the temperature is rising!    Those big and bold blowsy flowers such as sunflowers, dahlias and hydrangeas are all great now, complemented by flowering herbs such as mint, and garden annuals such as achillea, phlox, snapdragons and ammi are all good now.  Seed heads and grasses also go with the look.
